This page discloses the refund practices for www.bhambba.com. By using any of our services, you consent to the terms of this policy.
A refund will be given for cancellation of an event by participants if Birmingham Basketball Academy is notified 24 hours or more before an event (leagues, small group training, elite academy, and team training programs) is set to start. The refund will be issued as a credit to be used towards any of our future activities. If a credit is approved, it must be used within 90 days following the date of the canceled event. Credits will be lost following the allotted time frame given, No refund will be given if a participant misses classes, training sessions, or any portion of an event.
If a class/activity does not meet the minimum number of registrations, a full refund
will be issued. If a player gets sick or hurt we will look at doctor's recommendation
and make decisions regarding refund/credit on a case-
Refund requests should be submitted to the BBA Owner at email@example.com. Requests will be processed within 1–2 weeks. A refund will be issued in the form of an account credit at the Birmingham Basketball Academy, unless extreme circumstances occur, in which case the BBA owner will review on an individual basis. In the event that a credit card or check refund is granted, there will be a $50 processing fee.
Changes to the Policy
We may change this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our business, the Services, or our practices and procedures. If we do make changes, we will post any changes on this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically, especially before you contract our services and or provide personal data directly to us through the services.
